New Patients

We accept new patients of all ages and we pride ourselves on making your visits low stress. We love to have fun and are confident your visit to our office will be a pleasant one. During your initial appointment we will gather some information from you in addition to learning more about your goals for your smile. You can save time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment or you may choose to arrive early and complete your registration at our computer check-in area.
